Information we use

Game progress and settings

The game stores information such as progress, virtual currency, customization choices, settings, and records used to prevent duplicate purchase rewards on your device. Removing the game or clearing its data can remove locally stored information.

Device, advertising, and usage information

The advertising and analytics providers listed below may process device and app information, such as operating system, app version, language, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, app instance identifiers, and advertising identifiers where permitted. They may also process information about app launches, consent choices, ad requests, ad impressions, clicks, completed rewarded ads, and technical ad failures.

Purchase information

Apple processes payments for purchases on iOS. The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing to receive purchase results and deliver virtual items. Purchase records can include a product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase status, price, and currency. Purchase events are also used for analytics and advertising measurement, subject to applicable privacy choices. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

Information you send us

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any diagnostic details or screenshots you send. Please do not include payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

How information is used

• Run the game, remember settings and progress, and deliver purchased or earned virtual items.
• Show advertisements and provide rewards for eligible rewarded ads.
• Understand ad performance, app usage, and purchase outcomes.
• Measure advertising campaigns and personalize advertising where you give the required permission.
• Respond to support requests, resolve problems, prevent duplicate transactions or abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, consent for activities that require it, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service where permitted, and compliance with legal obligations.

Advertising, analytics, and purchases

The game integrates the following providers. Their services may collect information directly through their software in the game, and their privacy policies describe their own processing:

• Google AdMob: advertising, ad measurement, and consent management. Google privacy policy.
• Unity Ads: advertising, including fallback ads when an AdMob ad is unavailable. Unity player privacy policy.
• Google Firebase Analytics: app, advertising, and purchase event measurement. Firebase privacy information.
• Meta (Facebook) App Events: advertising attribution, campaign measurement, and purchase event measurement. Meta privacy policy.
• Apple and Unity In-App Purchasing: payment processing, purchase status, and transaction handling. Apple privacy policy and Unity privacy policy.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Providers can process information in countries other than your own, under the safeguards described in their policies and required by applicable law.

Your privacy choices

iPhone tracking permission

Where applicable, iOS asks whether you allow tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. You can decline, or change the choice later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking does not remove ads or stop all data processing needed to provide and measure them.

Regional advertising consent

Where required, a Google consent message asks about advertising-related data use. Advertising and analytics behavior depends on your consent choices, device permissions, region, and provider availability. You may also use the privacy controls offered by the providers linked above. To ask about withdrawing consent or changing a choice that is unavailable in the game, contact us.

Purchases and local data

Use your Apple account controls to manage payment methods and purchase history. Cash and gold packs are consumable items; completed consumable purchases cannot be restored through Apple’s restore function. Deleting the game does not necessarily delete information already held by advertising, analytics, or payment providers.

Storage, retention, and security

Local game information remains on your device until it is changed, removed, or the app’s data is deleted, subject to device backup behavior. Support information is retained only as needed to handle your request, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Advertising, analytics, and payment information is retained according to the relevant provider’s settings, policies, and legal requirements.

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive information in support messages unless it is necessary to resolve your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and complain to your local data protection authority. Some advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under local law, even when no money is exchanged for the information. You may have the right to opt out of those activities.

Use the device and provider privacy controls above, or contact us about a request. We may need information to verify and locate relevant records. Requests concerning information held directly by Apple, Google, Unity, or Meta may also need to be made through that provider.

Children

The game is intended for a general audience consistent with its App Store age rating and is not directed to children under 13, or the higher age at which parental consent is required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and address the request.

This website

This website provides game information and this policy. It does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not embed advertising or analytics SDKs. Fonts and the game image are served with the website. The hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and secure the site.

Following a link to another website is subject to that site’s privacy policy. The game’s data practices described above are separate from this website.
